Competition Terms & Conditions:

Rocco Prestia Prize Giveaway August-September 2016

1) Overview

This competition offers a chance to win one of four prize bundles (as stipulated below) of merchandise and signature products associated with Rocco Prestia. This opportunity is being promoted through Facebook and Twitter.

 

2) The Promoter and Associated Brands

a. The Promoter is Eden Amplification, part of Marshall Amplification PLC, Denbigh Road, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK1 1DQ.

b. The Brands associated with this competition are: Francis Rocco Prestia and his associates, Eden Amplification, ESP Guitars, Gogo Tuners and MJC Ironworks Strings. These will be referred to in this document as “the Associated Brands”.

c. Each of the Associated Brands are responsible for shipping their own products (that are being provided as prizes) to the selected winners.

 

3) Competition Structure

a. This competition is a raffle-style giveaway. Participants can enter by performing any or all of the following actions:

• “Like” MJC Ironworks Strings on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/mjcironworks)

• “Follow” MJC Ironworks Strings on Twitter (https://twitter.com/MJCIronworks)

• Share a post from any of the Associated Brands in relation to the competition on Facebook

• Re-tweet a post from any of the Associated Brands in relation to the competition on Twitter

• Use the “Tweet” button on the official competition web page (www.edenamps.com/rocco-giveaway.html) to tweet the suggested post in relation to the competition.

b. Each of these actions will count as one entry in to the contest.

c. On the 27th September 2016, Eden Amplification will collate the entries from all of the social media profiles. Four entries shall be chosen at random to win a prize. The first entry randomly selected will win the 1st place prize bundle, the second entry randomly selected will win the 2nd place prize bundle, and so on.

d. A participant can only win one of the four prize bundles. Should the same person be selected twice or more, an alternative name will be selected at random.

e. The winners will be announced on 30th September 2016 on the Eden Amplification Facebook and Twitter pages.

f. The winners will be notified via direct messaging on either Facebook or Twitter, the same platform that they used to enter the competition, on 30th Sepember 2016 and will be publicly announced thereafter.

g. If a selected winner does not reply within 30 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

4) Prizes

a. There are four prize bundles that will be given away in this competition:

FIRST PRIZE consists of an Eden Amplification P810XST cabinet and an ESP Guitars RB-1006SM bass guitar.

SECOND PRIZE consists of an autographed photo of Rocco Prestia, a year's supply (12 packs) of MJC Ironworks Strings, a Horizon pedal tuner from Gogo tuners and a TT-1 clip-on tuner from Gogo Tuners.

THIRD PRIZE is a bundle of autographed Tower of Power merchandise.

FOURTH PRIZE consists of an autographed, limited edition, 16 Clef, signature shirt, an autographed MJC Ironworks String set, an autographed photo of Rocco Prestia and autographed CD, “Everybody on the Bus”.

 

5) Terms

a. This competition is open to all residents in the following countries:

NORTH AMERICA: Canada, El Salvador, Mexico, United States of America.

SOUTH AMERICA: Brazil.

EUROPE: Austria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.

ASIA: Japan.

OCEANIA: Australia, New Zealand.

b. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

c. No purchase necessary.

d. The prizes are strictly not for resale.

e. Entrants may not be staff members, or immediate family members of staff members, of any of the Associated Brands.

f. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

g. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time if events or circumstances occur outside its control which makes this necessary.
